This team have set up “Babygo”, a network for staff, after a staff member voiced concerns around keeping in touch during her pregnancy. This has been a huge success, keeping people in touch within the company and providing support and reassurance. Since its creation, it has led to greater staff retention which ultimately benefits everyone. They are looking to expand to include a network for staff who have children with additional needs.

Andy is the CEO of a company that are enabling people with extreme complex needs to live in their own bespoke homes, with great success. This has led to better outcomes for those people supported as well as a reduction in care package costs to commissioners in the longer term.
